I'm so happy to share this mama wellbeing toolkit with you- it was made with love and care, to give mamas just like you, what I did not have when I began my motherhood journey.
Because let's face it -motherhood is not easy, and so many things that are supposed to help us with our wellbeing, self care or our spiritual practice may no longer work or be possible for us once we have a child, or two (or more) to care for.
So I created this toolkit to help us through the special and very intense rite of passage that is motherhood.
